Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dark Web Email Search service (the "Service") offered by Cyber Kavach ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

The Service allows you to search the dark web for your email address and receive a report indicating whether your information has been breached in any known data breaches.

Risk Scores and Information Provided

The Service provides a risk score (high, medium, or low) based on the information found. We will attempt to show you details of the breaches, including:

• Websites involved in the breaches
• Dates of the breaches
• Data types exposed in the breaches (e.g., passwords, phone numbers, addresses)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. YOU AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED to, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
